Knight-Sleeves® Bearing House XLC repair bushes, for a quick repair of bearing house fittings, which have already been bushed.
These buses have a larger outside diameter than the standard repair bushes.
The assembly is as follows:
- Turn bearing housing to size *
- Assemble repair box (paste ** or press)
- Turn the repair sleeve to the desired bearing size.
- Turn away the remaining projection.
- Assemble repair box (paste ** or press)
- Turn the repair sleeve to the desired bearing size.
- Turn away the remaining projection.
* bore tolerance for pasting: H7
* bore tolerance for presses: -0.05

The assembly proceeds as follows:
- Turn the bearing housing to size *
- Mount the repair bushing gluing ** or pressing)
- Turn the repair bushing to the desired bearing size.
- Turn away the remaining protruding part.
