A PT1000 is a resistor used for temperature measurement. It has a resistance of 1000 ohms at a temperature of 0 °C. There is a linear relationship between the resistance value and the temperature. PT1000 measuring resistors are mainly used in the lower to middle temperature range (-50 °C ... 250 °C).
A relatively simple version is that with a Teflon protective cap.
