The S08 series from Thermik is a bimetal temperature protection with a nominal permissible current of 10 Amps. In the S version, this temperature protection is supplied with an insulating cap. When the nominal switching temperature is reached, the bimetal disc closes the circuit. When the setback temperature is reached, the bimetal disc jumps back to interrupt the circuit.
