Ordering

You can place orders 24 hours a day at wescap.eu. It's quick and easy.


Registering

In order to be able to place orders on wescap.eu you first have to register. You do so by clicking the 'Log In' button at the top right of the screen. A screen is then displayed on which you can fill in your contact details. Then you send it to us by clicking the 'send' button. You will then receive an e-mail telling you that we have received your application. Your login details will then be sent to you as quickly as possible during office hours. 

Registration is only required once. For all subsequent orders, you can skip step 1.


Logging in

Once you are registered, you can log in using the details we have provided you with. We recommend that you change your password after logging in for the first time. Choose a password that you can remember easily.

Finding what you want


Look through the product pages until you have found what you want to order. 


You then fill in the quantity and click 'Order'. The word 'order' (in green) changes to 'ordered' (in grey). You can then go to the next product on the same page, or you can browse through to another page.

Once you have specified all your products, you go to the shopping trolley to complete your order.


Payment – step 1 of 4: editing the order

There are now four stages in the payment process. First of all, you have the opportunity to change the quantities. Click 'edit shopping trolley' and fill in the correct numbers, if necessary. To continue, press 'next step'.


Payment - step 2 of 4: specifying the delivery address

You can check and update your details here, and specify a different delivery address if necessary. If you have any questions or comments about your order, you can state them here in the 'comments' field.

 

Press the 'next step' button.

Payment - step 3 of 4: making the payment


Our standard terms and conditions require payment in advance. 

Press the 'next step' button.


Payment - step 4 of 4: Confirmation


This is the final step before your order becomes definite. 

During this step you can check your order once again and change it if necessary. If you want to make your order definite, you have to accept our general terms and conditions. This is done by ticking the corresponding box. 

If you would like us to keep you up to date by e-mail about our products and promotional actions, tick the box for the 'newsletter'. 

The 'order' button will now make your order definite. You will be sent an e-mail straight away confirming that we have received your order. 

 What you have to know


1. Prices


Our prices are net amounts: excluding VAT, ex warehouse, and excluding shipment costs and packaging.


2. Ordering factor


A number of our products are supplied in packaging units of a fixed size: the ordering factor. You can only place an order for a multiple of this factor.

 For example, a 0.25 mm2 Litz wire comes packaged in units of 200 metres. You can therefore only order 200 or 400 or 600 metres, etc.


3. Item history


Under the 'item history' button (on the left of the shopping trolley) you will find a summary of all the items that you have ordered from us in the past.

 You can sort the item history by date and by item number. You can also reorder items directly from the item history.

4. Customer details

When you are logged in, you are able to modify your details by clicking the 'customer info' button, which is at the top right of the screen. This is also where you can change your password and view your item history. Please do not forget to save any changes.
